Pricing for Clio is predictable and transparent, scaled to your firm's size and data footprint. At $20 per user, each seat includes 20GB of pooled storage, with additional capacity available at a flat rate of $0.20 per GB. Storage is pooled across your entire firm, meaning high-usage users are balanced out by those with smaller data footprints. You only pay for additional storage if your firm's total cumulative usage exceeds your combined 20GB-per-seat allowance.
Register your FileScience account, link your Clio account via their authentication portal, and trigger your initial backup. From that point forward, your data protection is entirely automated.
Yes, we offer a trial-period that lets you experience our enterprise-grade protection for 60 days.
To cover the initial heavy-lift migration of your data, we apply a one-time proration fee upon the completion of your initial backup. This is calculated based on your daily subscription rate for the duration of the initial backup plus the days remaining in your current billing cycle.
Yes, you can update your payment method at any time through our billing portal.
You can view your upcoming and previous invoices through our billing portal.
We provide a grace-period of 30 days to ensure your continuity of protection. You will receive multiple automated notifications to provide a valid payment method within that period of time.
To protect against accidental data loss, subscription cancellations are handled directly by our support team. Once your request is confirmed, you will have the opportunity to perform a final data export. Following the transition, all records are permanently purged from our infrastructure to ensure your firm's privacy.
