How do I restore my data?
From the tenant viewport and recovery viewer, you can select the entire cloud, specific users, or even individual objects and their different versions for export.
How quickly does my data back up?

By default, your data is backed up daily. However, upon request, you can opt for more frequent backups, occurring as often as every 10 minutes.
